The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to solve business problems.
Role Requirements:
- Salesforce Experience: Strong familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and propose AI solutions, including Generative AI, that deliver value.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and manage technical risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure AI solutions meet quality, regulatory, ethical, and security standards, especially regarding data privacy and responsible AI use.
- Communicate AI solutions and benefits to stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle.
- Evaluate build vs. buy options based on existing technology resources.
- Ensure the AI tech stack is extensible and adaptable to new requirements.
- Establish standards and guidelines for AI solution design and development.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
- Develop methods to measure and report AI performance and reliability.
- Set the strategic direction for AI technology to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Participate in training, conferences, and industry seminars to stay updated on AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
