Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking an AI Solutions Engineerto work in our Arlington, VA office/remotely. This role isn’t about deep model research, it’s about understanding what enterprise customers actually need, then designing and integrating AI solutions that work in practice inside a regulated GovCloud environment. We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between technical teams and program stakeholders, translating both directions, and who treats testing and iteration as part of the job, not an afterthought. About the Role This role supports the design, integration, and ongoing improvement of AI capabilities across our cloud platform and other cloud applications.
You’ll work directly with technical teams and federal customer stakeholders to identify where AI can solve real problems, then build solutions that hold up in a FedRAMP environments. Responsibilities Understand & Define Work with technical and program teams to understand problems and goals, identifying where AI can create real value Define clear success criteria before design work begins. Track new AI tools, trends, and best practices; bring relevant ideas back into current and future work Design Plan and design AI-powered solutions (models, automation workflows, chat/assistant tools) that are practical, scalable, and aligned with program needs Select appropriate tools and approaches given constraints and compliance requirements Build & Integrate Develop and connect AI solutions with existing platforms, databases, and workflows without disrupting current operations. Ensure smooth integration within cloud infrastructure and account structure Test & Improve Monitor solution performance, fix issues as they arise, and make ongoing improvements to accuracy, reliability, and efficiency Treat customer demand signals (e.g., pilot demos) as input to what gets built next Communication Translate complex AI concepts into plain language for federal program leads and non-technical stakeholders.
