Supporting the development and implementation of AI solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Developer will collaborate with the AI Solutions & Implementation Specialist to build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Support the development and deployment of AI-powered applications and workflows across internal initiatives Implement application components and services based on technical specifications provided by the AI Solutions & Implementation Specialist Develop and maintain Python-based services, APIs, and backend components used in AI-enabled systems Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in software development or AI-related technical roles Experience developing applications or services using Python or similar programming languages Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code Understanding of prompt engineering principles for working with large language models Basic understanding of system design principles, including modular architecture and service interactions
