Supporting the North America Corporate Commercial team, the full-time AI Solutions Associate will identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, build, test, and refine AI agents to support Commercial team workflows Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and improve existing AI agents based on user feedback Analyze workflows and recommend opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions Required qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university program in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and business process improvement Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
