AI Solution Architect

• Design and implement effective AI solution architecture and strategy


• Utilize various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering


• 5+ years of programming experience, including Python


• Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or agentic AI


• Experience with independent, self-directed research


• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design


• Ability to lead and support day-to-day execution of technology assessment efforts


• Ability to analyze alternatives and characterize and quantify performance


• Ability to comprehend and develop requirements based on mission needs


• Ability to distill complex technical topics into concepts understandable by general audiences


• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance


• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field


• Experience leading technical development and technical research teams


• Experience with generative and agentic AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph


• Secret clearance preferred


• Master's degree in a STEM field preferred


• Doctorate degree in a STEM field is a plus
