We are looking for a Software Engineer –AI Transformation to join our technology team and help accelerate software development through Generative AI, cloud technologies, automation, and modern engineering practices.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Leverage Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and productivity.
• Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Design and develop solutions using AWS cloud technologies.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Harness or comparable platforms.
• Participate throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development through testing and deployment.
• Apply Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Follow software engineering best practices, including coding standards, source control, code reviews, automated testing, and build processes.
• Work with object-oriented programming concepts and service-oriented architectures.
• Collaborate with technical leaders, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to increase development efficiency and business capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and quickly apply relevant tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in software development/engineering.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with Harness or another CI/CD platform, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with source control, code reviews, build processes, and software testing.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-DLC / AI-driven development lifecycle.
• Experience using Generative AI to accelerate software development.
• Experience building AI-powered automation or productivity solutions.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native architectures, APIs, or microservices.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise technology environments.
