This role also designs, builds, and enables AI-powered development tools, intelligent automations, and agentic workflows that improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational effectiveness while adhering to enterprise security, risk, and governance standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systemsDevelop and integrate AI models into production-grade applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutionsImplement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automationWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiativesMonitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in productionStay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architecturesRequirements and QualificationsStrong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languagesExperience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systemsFamiliarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineeringExperience with cloud platforms (e.g.
