This role involves developing innovative AI solutions such as chatbots for customer service and HR systems to enhance efficiency and reduce customer service calls. The AI Software Engineer will work on greenfield projects and improve existing applications, including web scraping and agentic AI initiatives. 3-5 years of mid-level experience with Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
Proven track record in delivering production-grade Generative AI/LLM solutions.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, OCR, and Responsible AI concepts.
Familiarity with Python development and LLM application frameworks like LangChain.
Cloud services experience, preferably GCP or AWS.
Production delivery of Generative AI / LLM solutions
LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OCR, and Responsible AI concepts
Gen AI frameworks and services such as OpenAI and Vertex AI; Python Django
Develop and enhance applications that integrate with large language models and Generative AI services. Monitor, analyze, and resolve development issues across the software lifecycle and post-implementation. Support CI/CD model and data pipelines and quality of assigned deliverables.
