Our client seeks an AI Software Engineer with Java and Python expertise to drive design, development, and delivery of GenAI-enabled applications. The role requires experience with LangGraph, MCP, prompt engineering, and modern CI/CD practices. The Engineer will guide technical decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Rate: $63.00 to $73.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Java and Python services and integrations.


• Build and orchestrate GenAI workflows leveraging LangGraph and MCP.


• Design, evaluate, and refine prompts to optimize model performance and reliability.


• Implement CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, security scanning, and deployments.


• Collaborate with product, architecture, and platform teams to define technical approaches.


• Ensure code quality, performance, and observability across services.


• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead in application development with Java and Python.


• Hands-on work with GenAI tools, LangGraph, and MCP.


• Practical prompt engineering experience for LLM-based solutions.


• Strong CI/CD experience with modern tooling and practices.


• Background in building scalable, secure, and resilient services.


• Experience in hybrid team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
