Key responsibilities Design, develop, and document cloud-hosted web applications, ensuring quality through unit tests and automated acceptance tests Lead peer code reviews and guide the team in best practice design patterns while using AI-assisted development tools Mentor junior team members and operate independently to set priorities and goals for technical growth Required qualifications 6+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with C#/.NET and SQL Server Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modernizing legacy frontends Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or agentic tools Ability to critically review and test AI-generated code Recognition as an emerging technical leader within the team
