AI Security Engineering Manager

As Cargill’s AI Security Engineering Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of security for AI/ML platforms that power global agriculture and food supply chains. Partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and data science teams, you will define strategy, build secure architectures, integrate controls into MLOps, and oversee monitoring and incident response to protect models, data, and infrastructure. You will mentor engineers, drive secure-by-design practices, and support compliance with global regulations—advancing Cargill’s mission of safe, sustainable, and innovative food systems.
