Compensation
- $2,000–$12,000+/month total comp (comission-based)
- Uncapped earnings with scalable commissions

What You'll Do
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, campus networks, and social platforms
- Educate prospective partners on our AI Modeling Associate Program
- Qualify candidates and guide them through the onboarding process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert interested leads
- Manage your pipeline and track key performance metrics
- Hit weekly onboarding and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Must be a current U.S. college student
- Ambitious, independent and not afraid to put in the hours
- Great people skills and comfortable with outreach and handling rejection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, resourceful and good at performing under pressure
- Willingness to adapt, be mentored and coached
- Some form of prior experience in cold outreach or sales
