AI Project ManagerLocation: Chicago, Illinois (Partial Remote)Role OverviewA high-visibility opportunity is available for an AI Program Manager to support an enterprise Agentic AI rollout following a Copilot deployment. This role drives the day-to-day execution across agent rollout, citizen development, and governance enablement. The position involves facilitating cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and leadership teams, managing RAID logs and Jira, and ensuring milestone delivery in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day project management for Agentic AI rollout and scaling efforts.Drive execution across AI agent deployment, citizen development initiatives, and enablement activities.Coordinate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Facilitate daily syncs and cross-functional working sessions in a highly visible program setting.Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.Facilitate conversations around AI governance, controls, and monitoring frameworks.Support the rollout of citizen developer frameworks and operating models.Own and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure high-quality Jira hygiene.Act as the central coordination point across AI program leadership.Required Qualifications6+ years of Program or Project Management experience in enterprise environments.Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited structure.Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, and milestone tracking.Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools, with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, autonomy, and accountability.Communication skills with the ability to drive meetings and speak up proactively.Preferred QualificationsExposure to AI, GenAI, Copilot, or Agentic AI initiatives.Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts or digital transformation programs.Familiarity with governance, risk, or compliance processes in technology programs.Experience working in high-visibility programs with executive stakeholders.
