We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI initiatives across Marketing & Communications. This person will turn business priorities into delivery plans, coordinate marketing stakeholders with AI Development teams primarily based in Ireland, and guide initiatives from scoping through build, pilot, adoption, and measurement of business value.


Key Responsibilities:

Project and portfolio delivery

  • Develop and maintain plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, decisions, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and coordinate business, architecture, engineering, data, testing, security, vendor, and distributed teams.
  • Establish clear ownership, track commitments, and escalate risks, issues, resource constraints, and decisions promptly.
  • Facilitate status meetings and gateway reviews; document assumptions, actions, approvals, and decisions.


Business requirements and AI governance

  • Work with Marketing Owners to define business problems, requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and sign-off.
  • Manage dependencies involving data quality, platform integrations, architecture, workflows, and subject-matter experts.
  • Incorporate human oversight and brand, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and governance requirements before deployment.


Implementation and adoption

  • Oversee proofs of concept, pilots, testing, release readiness, implementation, documentation, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Lead communications, training, champion engagement, and feedback collection.
  • Measure adoption and business impact, and report progress to sponsors and stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, or AI initiatives from definition through implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, changing requirements, multiple workstreams, and distributed teams.
  • Strong skills in project planning, dependency management, risk and issue resolution, stakeholder reporting, meeting facilitation, and executive communication.
  • Experience partnering with business owners, technical teams, architects, data teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
  • Practical understanding of AI delivery, including data quality, integrations, experimentation, validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance.
  • Experience defining acceptance criteria, KPIs, benefits measures, and adoption plans.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and bring structure to ambiguous work.
  • Flexibility to collaborate regularly across U.S. and Ireland time zones.


Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or a comparable project or product delivery certification.
