Our client is seeking an experienced AI Program Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate multiple AI initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with AI leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to drive execution, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of strategic AI programs (Claude/Anthropic) within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple AI initiatives (Claude/Anthropic), ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and ownership.
- Partner with AI leadership to drive execution and program governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders while minimizing administrative burden on leadership.
- Establish strong meeting discipline, including agendas, action tracking, decision logs, and follow-up.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to support AI transformation efforts.
- Deliver executive-level status reporting, communications, and program updates.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience.
- Experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI adoption, and organizational transformation.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Experience operating within regulated industries.
- Pay rate could be 90-105/hr
- Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
