Shaping the future of AI-driven products, the full-time SVP, Product will define and execute Toptal's AI product strategy, lead the product organization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Own and drive Toptal's AI product strategy, determining where AI agents and models fit within the marketplace and product offerings Establish the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the entire product portfolio, including integration of acquisitions and new products Lead and mentor the product team, ensuring high standards in hiring, resourcing, and performance evaluation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's preferred At least 15 years of proven software Product Management experience, with 8 years in leadership roles Demonstrated success in setting product strategy at the executive level and translating it into executable roadmaps Experience leading AI-enabled products with measurable business outcomes Deep understanding of modern AI product disciplines, including agentic architectures and model economics
