Our team is small, in-person, and deeply motivated by the impact we have on families and communities.About the RoleWe are looking for an AI-focused Product Manager to own one of the most critical experiences in our platform: provider onboarding and activation. This is not a traditional PM role. You will be hands-on with customers every day - understanding their problems firsthand, translating those insights into product flows powered by AI, and shipping improvements fast.

You will own the full loop from customer conversation to deployed product change.The ideal candidate has a CS degree and has gone to business school - someone who can think technically, communicate clearly with engineers, and bring structured thinking to ambiguous customer problems. You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your own work and excited about embedding AI into every layer of the customer experience.We are hiring for two locations: Columbus, Ohio and San Francisco, California.
