ELLKAY is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to build and execute a scalable enablement function across our commercial organization. This role equips sales teams with processes, tools, training, and insights to sell more effectively, including AI-enabled tools such as Gong.
You will partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Operations, and other teams to continuously improve how ELLKAY sells, across onboarding, training, and change management.
