To support the MarTech Platform & Integrations team, the full-time remote Agentic AI Orchestration Analyst will execute and monitor automated marketing workflows, troubleshoot orchestration agents, and maintain accurate records of agent activity. Key responsibilities: Execute and monitor pre-built orchestration agents within Optimizely Opal (Mark) according to documented workflows Track agent runs, flagging and escalating errors or failures to senior team members Perform first-line troubleshooting on failed agent executions and assist in testing new orchestration agents Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field 0 - 1 years of professional experience, including internships or coursework in marketing technology or automation Basic understanding or strong interest in marketing automation and AI/agent-based systems Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data for tracking outputs Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
