Provectus is seeking a contract Recruiter to scale our Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and Executive (FDX) talent in the US. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to shape roles, and manage multiple requisitions while preserving a positive candidate experience.
You will build direct pipelines, engage passive AI/ML candidates, and develop talent maps for core profiles. You’ll also drive Provectus community initiatives and represent the brand at events.
