Hands-on and technically proficient, the full-time AI/ML Engineering Lead will oversee the design and delivery of production ML and GenAI systems on Azure Databricks, mentoring engineers and ensuring model reliability and compliance in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of production ML and GenAI systems from problem framing to deployment and monitoring Set technical direction and standards for the ML lifecycle, ensuring adherence by the team Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to ML and data engineers through design and code reviews Required Qualifications 8+ years in software, data, or ML engineering, with experience in production ML systems Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle and common ML frameworks Hands-on MLOps experience with MLflow and Azure Databricks Experience delivering GenAI/LLM applications and familiarity with modern data stack tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
