Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
- Work with large datasets to extract insights and patterns
- Collaborate with data scientists on research and development
- Optimize model performance and scalability
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems
- Stay current with latest AI/ML technologies and frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI)
- Experience with data processing tools (Spark, Pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices
- Strong mathematical and statistical background
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
