As an AI / ML Engineer, the full-time position will focus on designing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents to automate processes and enhance decision-making, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents to address specific business challenges Monitor and maintain the health of existing AI agents in production, ensuring optimal performance and quality Develop evaluation frameworks for agent systems, including testing and performance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience) U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. 6C Security Clearance Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or related roles Demonstrated experience building agentic systems with large language models, including multi-step workflows Hands-on experience evaluating AI systems and designing evaluation sets to drive improvements
