Working fully remote, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, develop AI models, and integrate intelligent features into the platform, ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Key responsibilities Build and maintain reliable ingestion pipelines and transform raw data into trusted datasets for analytics and machine learning workloads Implement monitoring, testing, and validation for data pipelines and AI models to ensure quality and compliance with PII/PHI requirements Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deploy AI-powered features and ensure the reliability and safety of AI services in production Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or ML engineering Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL Experience with LLM integration (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI API) and dbt Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
