- Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role:8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years developing AI/ML solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), including document classification and information extraction
- Experience applying OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to document processing and understanding
- Strong development skills in Python and Java
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience, particularly with services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, FastAPI, or comparable frameworks
- Hands on knowledge of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of scalable software development practices, design patterns, and Agile delivery
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide technical direction while remaining hands on with development
- Experience mentoring developers and collaborating with business, engineering, and technology stakeholders
- Financial services domain experience preferred, particularly in mortgage, multifamily lending, or commercial real estate (CRE)
- AWS AI/ML or AWS Cloud certification preferred
