Position: AI Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI/ML initiatives from strategy through implementation and deployment.
- Manage and mentor AI Engineers, ML Specialists, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Define AI roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the complete AI/ML model lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, optimization, and retraining.
