Title: AI Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire
Model: Hybrid - 3x Onsite/week
Pay: $80/hr on contract (Converts at $185,000/year)
Day-to-Day:
This resource will serve as an AI Manager and follow a hybrid schedule, working onsite three days per week. The individual will be responsible for driving project execution and overseeing the successful delivery of AI initiatives across the organization. This resource needs the ability to review code, provide technical guidance, and stay closely connected to day-to-day development efforts. This person will partner with teams to execute strategic AI projects within a healthcare environment. Prior experience leading teams and delivering AI-focused solutions is required.
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- 2+ years of AI experience
- Experience within Epic
- Ability to review code
- Someone who is very delivery focused
