We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization seeking an AI Knowledge Graph Engineer to help build advanced AI-powered research and due diligence solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of knowledge graphs, generative AI, and enterprise application development.
This highly specialized position will drive the design and implementation of knowledge graph architectures that power next-generation AI applications and intelligent search experiences.
Location & Schedule
- Lake County, IL area
- Hybrid preferred: 3 days onsite per week
- Remote candidates may be considered
- Minimal travel anticipated
The AI Knowledge Graph Engineer will design and build graph-based AI solutions that connect disparate data sources and enable intelligent discovery, reasoning, and relationship mapping.
The ideal candidate combines full stack development expertise with hands-on experience in knowledge graph technologies and AI application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise knowledge graph solutions
- Build and maintain Neo4j graph databases
- Develop AI-powered applications and intelligent search capabilities
- Integrate multiple data sources into graph-based architectures
- Create visualizations that display entity relationships and insights
- Collaborate on LLM-enabled and GenAI initiatives
- Build front-end and back-end application components
- Support AWS cloud deployments and infrastructure
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3-5 years of full stack development experience
- Hands-on Neo4j expertise
- Knowledge graph architecture experience
- AI/LLM application development experience
- Prompt engineering experience
- AWS cloud experience
- Experience modeling entity relationships and graph structures
- Knowledge of investor relations, research, or due diligence environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- GraphRAG experience
- LangChain or LangGraph experience
- GenAI platform experience
- Semantic search implementation experience
- Containerization and Kubernetes exposure
