Designing intuitive knowledge systems, the full-time AI Information Architect will manage information architecture deliverables, lead AI content design strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer self-service support in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and maintain user-centered information architecture deliverables, including user flows and content models Lead AI content design and generation strategies, conducting user research and content audits to align with customer needs Collaborate with designers and content strategists to ensure cohesive user experiences and optimize information architecture through testing and analytics Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Architecture, Technical Writing, UX Design, Content Strategy, or related field, or 3-5 years equivalent experience Solid knowledge of information architecture principles, including navigation patterns and content modeling Experience with AI content generation tools and understanding of content performance in AI-powered systems Ability to translate complex information structures into clear documentation for diverse stakeholders Experience in customer support environments or with knowledge management tools
