Designing and operationalizing AI governance processes, the full-time AI Governance Process Lead will manage the end-to-end governance lifecycle, including risk assessment and compliance, while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Design and own the AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement Define AI risk assessment methodologies and establish governance roles and responsibilities Translate governance requirements into practical processes for stakeholder adoption Required qualifications Senior-level experience in AI governance and governance operating model design Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Strong knowledge of risk assessment and compliance processes Proven ability to implement executable governance processes
