Responsibilities
  • Support AI governance frameworks, policies, processes, and controls.
  • Coordinate enterprise AI and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Develop stakeholder communications, training materials, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
  • Support responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, and technology risk activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and track program deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare governance documentation, presentations, status reports, and executive communications.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in AI governance, technology transformation, program management, management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or business transformation initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, and technology risk.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate business and technology requirements into practical governance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI risk management or responsible AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or similar AI governance frameworks.
  • Experience in enterprise governance, risk, compliance, or regulated environments.
