To support the operationalization of AI at scale, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will conduct vendor research, document submissions, and ensure compliance with governance standards while working collaboratively with business teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct structured research on AI tools and vendors, building comprehensive risk profiles across governance categories Document and present submission packages with clarity, ensuring all necessary information is provided to reviewing functions Contribute to the improvement of research methodology and submission processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in technology governance, risk analysis, compliance, or vendor management within a large organization Strong written communication skills for synthesizing technical and legal information into clear documentation Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the risk landscape surrounding AI adoption Demonstrated process discipline and ability to manage multiple research workstreams simultaneously Proactive and collaborative approach, able to operate independently while aligning with team priorities
