AI Governance Analyst

Supporting the growth of an AI Governance Program, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will manage governance documentation, coordinate AI risk assessments, and ensure compliance with internal policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain and improve the AI Governance Framework, policies, and related documentation Coordinate AI risk assessments and manage the centralized inventory of AI use cases Prepare reports and materials for AI Governance Committee meetings and track governance decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related disciplines Experience with AI governance principles or emerging technologies is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources
