AI-Forward Corporate Controller & Finance Leader

Crux, Inc. in Palo Alto is building an integrated AI infrastructure business and seeks a senior accounting leader to design the financial backbone. The role reports to the CFO and will own ERP construction, internal controls, and multi-entity finance capabilities in preparation for growth and potential public listing.

You will drive capital planning, asset accounting, and scalable accounting processes while partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure robust governance and reporting.
