We're hiring a Tech Lead who can build production-grade agentic AI systems powered by LLMs and tools. You'll guide a team of developers and own delivery of reasoning agents that solve real-world problems across operations, planning, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate agent workflows using LangChain, OpenAgents, or CrewAI
- Implement tool wrappers, memory mechanisms, and API integrations for agent action execution
- Lead POCs, code reviews, design discussions, and push end-to-end features
- Partner with data, platform, and business teams to align technical delivery with business use cases
- Ensure observability, guardrails, and performance in deployed agents
Qualifications
- Advanced Python + LangChain/ OpenAgents/ CrewAI or similar
- Familiarity with OpenAI tools, RAG patterns, multi‑agent coordination
- Experience managing engineering teams (onshore + offshore)
- Ability to dive deep and debug LLM behaviors, prompts, and token usage
