AI Engineer (Agentic Implementation)

Salary: $140,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs

• Design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems on LLM Suite and OmniAI, using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, and secure integrations through APIs and MCP
• Build RAG pipelines and connect agents to firm data and platforms such as Athena and Fusion, using Python and Java on AWS and private cloud infrastructure
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and audit logging aligned with Model Risk Management, Compliance, and Cybersecurity standards
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and expand agentic solutions across the firm
