Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (Paid weekly based on approved video uploads)

Position Overview
Shift is an AI robotics lab building next-generation smart home technology and autonomous systems. We are looking for individuals to record short, first-person video clips of everyday household activities using their smartphone.
Your recordings directly train AI vision models and robotic software to safely navigate real-world environments and perform daily tasks.
Core Responsibilities
Capture Daily Activities: Record video footage of routine household chores, work tasks, or errands, such as:
Cooking & Prep: Prepping ingredients, cooking meals, baking, plating food, doing dishes.
Cleaning & Tidying: Sweeping, wiping counters, folding laundry, organizing drawers, vacuuming.
Errands & Tasks: Packing boxes, sorting items, grocery runs, package drop-offs.
Follow Quality Guidelines: Position your camera according to app prompts so your hands, tools, and objects remain clearly visible in frame.
Automatic Uploads: Submit completed recordings directly through the Shift app for quality review and payment processing.
Equipment & Requirements
Smartphone: iPhone 13 or newer, OR Android device (Android 12+ with at least 8GB RAM) featuring an active 0.5x wide-angle lens.
Harness / Mount: Ability to mount your phone using a lightweight chest or head strap provided by the platform.
Orientation: Completion of a single 30-minute online onboarding session to learn recording parameters and quality rules.
Age & Eligibility: 18+ years old, authorized to receive independent payments.
