You will shape language, tone, behavior, and interaction flows to drive meaningful behavior change and ensure a high-quality user experience across web and mobile.
You will partner with Clinical and Product teams to deliver writing-focused design, test prompts, refine prompts, and implement versioning with engineering. Hybrid in NYC, 2-3 days in office.
