To support the development of AI governance capabilities, the remote AI Control Tower Specialist will manage AI governance and lifecycle management, risk and compliance, and build workflows and frameworks within Service Now. Key responsibilities Manage AI governance and lifecycle management processes Oversee risk, compliance, and security management within the AI ecosystem Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks while integrating workflows with enterprise-level AI assets Required qualifications Experience with Service Now platform and its functionalities Knowledge of AI governance and lifecycle management Understanding of risk, compliance, and security management principles Ability to build workflows and integrate systems within an enterprise environment Experience in creating governance frameworks and compliance documentation
