The Role

• Scope, price, and position AI consulting engagements across AI infrastructure, workforce AI adoption, and AI-native engineering including coding assistant programs
• Typical deal sizes run $1M to $10M -- some engagements scale into nine figures
• Roughly 90% of pipeline comes from existing enterprise accounts -- expansion, not cold calling
• Work inside a dedicated three-person team: you, a sales lead, and a technical architect on every opportunity
• Build business cases, TCO analyses, and proof-of-concept frameworks that move enterprise AI investment decisions forward
• Engage primarily at the Director and C-suite level
• Approximately 40% regional travel

Compensation & Benefits

• Base $175k-$190k+ (flexible), $295k-$370k+ OTE

• Experience scoping and selling consulting services in enterprise technology
