Seeking a hands-on AI Architect, the full-time remote Compliance Innovation & AI Lead will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions to enhance Compliance operations, focusing on integrating AI capabilities with business challenges and coaching teams on hybrid workflows. Key responsibilities Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions for various Compliance domains, including monitoring and risk management Coach Compliance teams on effectively working with AI agents and establish governance practices for AI solutions Engage with stakeholders to deeply understand problem statements and translate them into actionable AI solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, or a related field Hands-on experience in compliance, risk, or related functions, with a background in deploying AI or automation solutions Proficiency with commercial LLMs and workflow automation or agent orchestration tools Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams effectively
