Seeking a senior AI / Azure Solution Engineer with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Key Qualifications:

• Public sector, pension, or financial services experience is a strong plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry/Microsoft Foundry .
• Experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and hybrid search .
• Python and/or .NET.
• Experience developing enterprise knowledge assistants using organizational documents and providing traceable source citations .
• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom AI agents, and agent orchestration .
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, permission-aware retrieval, and security trimming .
• Experience evaluating LLM solutions for groundedness, hallucinations, prompt injection, and answer accuracy .
• Strong Azure architecture and enterprise solution-design experience.

Preferred: Experience supporting public-sector, pension/retirement, financial services, or investment-management organizations .
