Leading the test-automation strategy, the full-time AI Automation Manager will design and build autonomous AI agents, manage the automation engineering team, and ensure high-quality releases in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the test-automation strategy across the platform while leading and growing the automation engineering team Partner with R&D leadership to design and build autonomous AI agents that enhance development and testing activities Drive quality measurement and continuous improvement, utilizing data to address recurring issues and advance automated test coverage Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years in QA and test automation, including 3+ years in a leadership role Hands-on expertise with modern test-automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium) Strong coding ability in Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a focus on maintainable automation code Experience building or applying AI and LLM agentic systems to development and testing workflows
