To define architecture and technical strategy for AI and automation solutions within the Workday practice, the full-time remote AI Architect - Workday Transformation will design and integrate Workday AI capabilities, conduct assessments, and implement AI features for client engagements. Key responsibilities Design and integrate Workday AI capabilities and automation solutions Conduct AI readiness assessments of Workday environments and business processes Develop governance and compliance standards for enterprise AI deployments Required qualifications 8+ years of Workday experience across relevant modules Strong expertise in Workday architecture and solution design Experience with AI technologies and governance concepts Proven background in consulting and enterprise solution delivery Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations
