We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in multi-model GenAI architecture, cloud platforms, RAG, and agentic AI systems, along with excellent executive communication skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise AI architecture, standards, and implementation frameworks.
- Build GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Architect RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and vector database solutions.
- Design AI platforms across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Implement AI governance, security, guardrails, monitoring, and Responsible AI practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Develop reusable AI frameworks and production-ready solutions.
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy, technology selection, and business value.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years in software engineering, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise architecture.
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience and 3+ years of enterprise GenAI/LLM experience.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and multi-model orchestration.
- Strong Azure experience: Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure ML, and AKS.
- Strong AWS experience: Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS/ECS.
- Expertise in RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Strong MLOps/LLMOps, model monitoring, and AI governance knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, healthcare/financial services experience, and relevant Azure/AWS AI certifications.
