To support the rapid development of AI-enabled clinical applications, the full-time AI Applications Engineer will design, develop, and optimize clinician-facing tools and workflows in a healthcare environment, collaborating closely with medical professionals and operational teams. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and internal tools for the Cardiology AI Lab Rapidly prototype AI-enabled clinical workflows to enhance documentation, triage, and care coordination Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate workflow needs into technical requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or a related technical role Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C# Experience building software applications, APIs, or platform components Familiarity with databases, data models, SQL, and software development best practices
