WE ARE HIRING – AI APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER (SENIOR/LEAD)
📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007
📅 Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – Onsite once a week or as needed

Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and Generative AI.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and C# (.NET).
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, and Gemini.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience building AI agents, fine-tuning models, and developing custom AI solutions.
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and MLOps.
- Experience with Azure AI Content Safety and AI guardrails.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agile methodologies.

- Must be eligible for full-time conversion.

- Must be available for an in-person interview within one week of posting close.
