Owning the requirement gathering and process mapping lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives, the full-time AI Analyst will partner with business leaders to document workflows, identify automation opportunities, and measure the ROI of deployed AI solutions in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and map complex operational workflows to identify AI use cases Gather and document detailed business requirements from end-users for technical development Measure and report on the ROI and performance metrics of deployed AI solutions Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or fund operations Demonstrated ability to map workflows and translate operational needs into technical requirements Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics with a strong conceptual understanding Ability to work effectively with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met Deep conceptual understanding of financial services or fund administration workflows
