Leading the development and deployment of enterprise-grade Voice and Chat AI agents, the full-time AI Agent Engineer will engage with clients, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, and ensure seamless systems integration in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own the implementation of AI Agents, including prompt design and workflow configuration Act as the primary technical partner for customers, leading demos and guiding solutions from concept to production Configure and connect systems using APIs, ensuring effective integration with CRMs and other enterprise tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, solution engineering, or system integration Strong hands-on skills in prompt design, workflow building, and API integration Familiarity with LLMs and orchestration frameworks Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
