Owning the development of system prompts and agent skills, the full-time AI Agent Engineer will write, maintain, and evaluate instructions for AI agents that address customer problems, all while working remotely from Pakistan. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain system prompts and agent skills for AI agents addressing invalid traffic and analytics Version changes and measure agent behavior against evaluations to ensure effectiveness in real customer scenarios Collaborate with teams to enhance the functionality of the IQ Agent and Analytics MCP, as well as client IVT investigator agents Required qualifications Experience in engineering roles focused on AI or machine learning Proficiency in writing and maintaining technical documentation and prompts Familiarity with evaluating and versioning software changes Background in developing user-facing AI solutions or similar technologies Strong understanding of customer problem-solving through AI applications
